Travel to Yemen
It is suggested to avoid the country in view of the increase in terrorist activities. A number of incidents occurred recently, including an attack by an armed terrorist on the American Embassy.
Travel to Georgia
A trip to Georgia would be avoided because of the widespread increase in violence and crime in the country. We would be afraid of the gunfire that could happen in different regions.
Travel to Sudan
Any trip to Sudan should be avoided according to the American authorities, especially in the Darfur region. It seems that there are continually anti-American citizens and European citizens demonstrations.
Travel in the African Central Republic
Apart from the capital of the Republic, Bangui, the other places are to be avoided for your next trip. The threat would be the presence of armed rebel groups, bandits and poachers who threaten security.
Travel to Colombia
Although the situation in this country has improved over the past few years, the United States Department of State continues to invite people to avoid a trip to Colombia. Violence from narco-trafficking groups would continue to affect certain areas, particularly Buenaventura.
Travel to Madagascar
Although visitors do not appear to be affected by the experiences of violence that have taken place since January 2009, the State Department is asking to avoid travelling to Madagascar.
Saudi Arabian Travel
Given the continued presence of terrorist groups in the country, we must think about this before booking a trip to this country. If you decide to do so, you are asked to make sure that your hotel has important means of security in place.
Travel to Algeria
Bomb, fake roadblocks, kidnappings are all things that would happen often in Algeria, especially in the region of the south. Since 2007, suicide attacks have become very important.
Travel to Pakistan
The western border region of the country should be particularly avoided. Some groups have made threats to American citizens in other countries. Terrorists are especially targeted at places where American travelers are likely to go.

These countries to avoid have been identified by the US State Department but the other citizens of the world should surely feel challenged as well.
